Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are handed to the courier within 7 (seven) business days of confirmation at the latest; tracking details are sent by email.
• Courier delivery usually takes 1–3 business days depending on the address; in any case, delivery does not exceed the legal maximum of 30 (thirty) days.
• Delivery within Türkiye is free of charge.
• Through our partner couriers we currently ship to Türkiye only; for deliveries to other countries, please contact us.
• For made-to-measure (Bespoke) orders, production and delivery times are confirmed when the order is placed.

If a parcel looks damaged on arrival, please have the courier record a damage report before accepting it and let us know the same day, so we can resolve it with the courier on your behalf. For any questions, write to us at contact@gentilissimo.com.
